Independence, Kansas—June 19, 2018— Netflix released the official trailer of its season three hit documentary series “Last Chance U” on Tuesday which features the Independence Community College (ICC) pirates football team and is set in Independence, Kan. Season three of the critically acclaimed, Emmy-nominated series follows the 2017-2018 ICC pirates football team and Coach Jason Brown as they vie for a spot amongst the best in the junior college football ranks.

It features a handful of high-profile ICC student-athletes, including former Florida State and four-star quarterback prospect Malik Henry, former Texas Tech wide receiver Carlos Thompson, and former Michigan running back Kingston Davis. The production gives viewers an intense, unfiltered look at the rising underdog ICC junior college football program in the quaint town of Independence, Kan.
